Provided below is an overview of the packages available.  All packages are tailored to suit your wedding and budget, and are based on the size, style and location of your wedding. Style My Celebration does not charge a percentage of your overall wedding budget and all prices when quoted will be stated as a fixed fee.

Full Wedding Design & Planning

The Style My Celebration Full Wedding Design & Planning service is for couples who want to engage the services of a professional to plan their perfect day beginning to end. You will take part fully in the journey ahead but without the stress of managing all the details.

You make all final decisions and enjoy your beautiful day.

It includes unlimited consultations (face to face/email/telephone), creative design (style and concept including invitations, flowers, linen, centrepieces, lighting etc…) sourcing reception and ceremony venues, management of wedding budget, sourcing and managing all wedding vendors (including negotiations, all paperwork contracts, deposits and payments), design ‘your wedding website’, RSVP management, rehearsals  and full ‘On the Day’ coordination.

We are also able to include additional services for your wedding guests including travel and accommodation.

Partial Planning

This service is designed for couples who have begun their wedding planning process but may have underestimated the complexity and time to undertake the planning process.  You have a clear idea of your wedding design and concept but need additional support and direction with parts of the planning process.

Style My Celebration can assist you from any point in the planning process and a package will be tailored dependant at which stage of the planning process you are.

It includes a handover meeting at any point during the planning process, unlimited consultations and advice thereafter (face to face/email/telephone), management of your wedding budget, sourcing and managing wedding vendors not yet confirmed (including negotiations, all paperwork contracts, deposits and payments) finalising arrangements with suppliers you have booked, your wedding website, RSVP management and full ‘On the Day’ coordination.

On the Day Coordination

This service is for couples who have planned their wedding and booked all suppliers but would like to fully relax and let a professional coordinate the perfect day.

It includes a handover meeting 6 weeks from the wedding, unlimited consultations thereafter, final confirmation with all booked suppliers, manage final payments, prepare wedding day itinerary for wedding party and suppliers, attend and help plan wedding ceremony rehearsals and full ‘On the Day’ co-ordination.
